AOL Broadband Easy Installer v7 CD Trial
We are looking for 200 existing AOL Broadband customers to join this trial.
If you are successful in joining the trial, we will supply you with a new router with which to carry out your testing.
The new AOL Broadband Easy Installer CD Trial will help us to test the latest router setup CD this has been designed to give customers a more robust, informative, attractive and logical experience when setting up their wireless router using the CD.
This new CD as a totally new look and feel compared to previous AOL Broadband Easy Installer CD's. We ran a AOL Broadband Easy Installer CD trial earlier this year and from that trial we have rolled fixes to bugs you had found and some of your suggestions on how to improve the overall customer experience into this new version.
At the end of the installation, if your system meets requirements, you will have the opportunity to install AOL 9.1.
The aim of the trial is simply to test the setup CD provides a good customer experience and that the information is provided in a logical and easy to understand format. It has been designed to work on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 as well as Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6.
It is important to highlight that this trial is not to test the new router or your actual connection, but simply to help test that the set up CD works correctly to get you, the member, online. However, should you have feedback to offer on the operation of the router, please feel free to send it via the "Send Feedback" in the "My Profile" area of TalkTalk Labs.
