Online Gaming Trial
The TalkTalk Online Gaming trial will help to tell us whether the router and network changes we are planning will have a positive experience to online gaming.
During the trial we will supply trial participants with new router devices which are high performance wireless N devices optimised for the TalkTalk network. The devices will be remotely managed by the trial team enabling changes through the duration of the trial.
As a trialist you will need to download TTG Desktop and install it on your PC. This can be found at:
http://www.talktalk-labs.com/downloads/
The application will monitor the quality of your online experience and will help us to assess the success of the trial. It is important that you install the software as soon as possible as we will use it to take a reading of your online performance prior to installing the device and the changes being applied to the network.
