TalkTalk Setup CD Trial
The TalkTalk Setup CD Trial will help us to test the latest router setup CD this has been designed to give customers a more robust, informative, attractive and logical experience when setting up their wireless router using the CD for the first time. Also the CD is designed to allow a customer to easily add new computer to the wireless network.
We are looking for 100 existing TalkTalk broadband customers to join this trial. If you are successful in joining the trial we will supply you with a new D-Link DSL-2740R router which is an award winning router that uses the latest N class wireless to give faster wireless speeds and greater wireless coverage.
The aim of the trial is simply to test the setup CD provides a good customer experience and that the information is provided in a logical and easy to understand format. It has been designed to work on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 as well as Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6.
It is important to highlight that this trial is not to test the new router or your actual connection, but simply to help test that the set up CD works correctly to get you, the customer, online.
